Hi Everyone, Back online today. Moved out of Lincoln(near Sacramento)
back to Santa Rosa. All our possessions were in storage in West
Sacramento. Bought a home here and have been in the house for 4 days.
Sure is great to return to paradise from the purgatorial heat of
Sacramento. Missed the group . Have been doing some gigging , and just
listening to the applause is worth it all.Hope to catch up on all the
messages. Allen

Hey Allen, glad to see you're back in "Winechef" country again.
Seems to me I remember ya saying you weren't exactly thrilled with the
way your move to Lincoln turned out. Also glad to hear that you're
gigging still. I was at the Calgary International Bluesfest last
weekend and I wound up jamming with Devon Allman (Gregg Allman's son)
and his keyboard player. He's got a band called "Honeytribe' and what
a smokin' Blues/Rock band it is!!! Moments like that make all the
hours of practice worth it ! I'm heading down to San Diego next month
for the Legendary Rythym & Blues Cruise http://www.bluescruise.com/bluescruise.html
You near that way???? There's a precruise party the night before,
and I think it would be cool if Silkster, Adam's , and yourself could
hook up with me and the wife there. There'll be a few great blues
bands playing, and about 1500 blues fanatics to keep us company. Let
me know what ya think bro. Adam's and Silk.... whatcha think lads???

Hi Chuck, Lincoln was just awful. Hot,flat and desolate. We returned to
Santa Rosa where we lived for 21 yrs. It's great to be back in paradise.
I won't make the blues cruise, as life has been topsy turvey for the
past 3 months, house hunting ,etc. Right now ,opening up dozens and
dozens of boxes is our priority. Santa Rosa is at least a 9-10 hr. drive
from San Diego. I am 1 hr. north of San Francisco.Sounds like you gig
with the band was a total blast. Catch you later. Allen
