Low E Harmonica question

New to group
but been hacking for a few years.
I've slowly been adding a couple of new
harmonicas and just was curious about the E key.
Kind of rusty on my note reading,
so is it the EGBDF, or the FACE, E?
Also after going through a bunch
of sites, I'm seeing some recommend the E
for blues , bluegrass playing.
Then today I see another site recommending

Yes E for blues buy played on an A harp in second position.
