Zoran, this isn't your average "Harmonica Chat" forum here.

As Silk pointed out it is an unedited and frontier like haven of free
speech and in a world where most of us are sitting like frogs in a pan
of water being slowly heated as our freedoms disappear one by one, I
like it the way it is too.

I also was unprepared for it when I first came but now I can see the
good side of it.

From what you say you have been through some rough times and that is
good fodder for the blues. As was said in some other posts, allthough
you dont have a solid understanding of English slang, I have a good
understanding and it was all prettymuch lighthearted joking and
moreover, most of it was not even directed at you personally.

As pointed out, nobody can really say they have a grasp on the true
meaning of the artform of American blues music. It means many different
things to many different people.

Stick around, thicken up your skin and glean what knowlege you can.

There are some great harmonica clubs and fourums available on the
internet where the focus stays on harmonicas and harmonica playing and
most of these groups are moderated and rudeness is not allowed.

Hey Zoran, check out this site:

http://www.harmonicaboogie.com/jamqueue/harp/blues/listeningpost.php

It's a place where you tape your harp playing over their backing
tracks, and then upload it to the jam site. Other players listen to
your stuff, make comments, discuss each others playing, and also vote
for the tracks. I'm pretty sure you'd like this site. Glad to see
you're stickin' around. Now,.... if we can only get Cheeseharp

I know that you are having trouble understanding American slang. But
you have learned enough about a few people to know that you don't need
to waste your time trying to figure out what they are saying. Find the
filters on your newsreader software and delete messages from the

You got that right. Your comprehension of the English language sucks
at best.
And you really can't expect people here to explain every word in detail
that they post here just for your benefit.

But - zorro, playing the "victim" like you're doing now, sucks even
worse. Maybe you don't know dick about the "blues". But walking
around with a chip on your shoulder ain't no way to learn either.

And like I said earlier, this place is very mild compared to what it
used to be. Check some other newsgroups, like guitar players, if you
really wanna see people givin each other shit.

I suggest you lose the "I'm taking my toys and going home" attitude if
you wanna get anything out of this place. Try talking about amps or
mics or something, instead of how bad you're being persecuted.

I've sold my Behringer 2x30W virtual tube cause of strong feedback. I've
tried some Fender junior 15w without effect, clean, isn't good. Now I'm wait
for some Fender Blues 'something', forgot the name, but tube amp with good
drive and reverb, sales man describe me this (in shop wait shipment from
America). I'm without my blues band now and play only for myself on Epiphone
2w home amp with Bluesblaster but feedback is strong to. I play mostlly
Hohner, Special 20, wooden body I play Marine Band and sometimes Golden
Melody, but every of got a feedback. And something completely different, I
have a Tama Superstar 1976, old drums, well, maybe you have some information
about lugs for the old Tama deep metal snare? I would like you to listen two
of my work, or try on harp, cause I think you are good in analising things.
Thanks.

A Fender Pro Junior? That amp will kick serious ass for harp if you
change out the pre-amp tubes.
And this other one - a Fender Blues Junior?
That's a good one too. But you have to get those 12AX7's out of there.

The old Tama Superstars were a damn nice drum kit. A metal snare in
all honesty will probably suck for playing blues. Look for an old
Ludwig snare.

Good snare, I saw one on eBay. Ludwig. The Best drums ever saw.
Speed King, my first drumm pedal, ehh.
Ok.
This Huang Star Performer looks like Hohner Golden Melody. Am I wrong? How
response this harmonica has? I'll found good response on Special20,
MarineBand and Golden Melody, other Hohner is not good. I would like to try
Huang harp, Keith wrote some good word about Huang.

.This Huang Star Performer looks like Hohner Golden Melody. Am I wrong?
How
response this harmonica has? I'll found good response on Special20,
MarineBand and Golden Melody, other Hohner is not good. I would like to
try
Huang harp, Keith wrote some good word about Huang.<

I dunno about the Golden Melodies. Huang Star Performer is the easiest
bending harp I've ever played. I like them better than Lee Oskars.
Not a bad price either.

I like drumming on Premiers. A lot! And I got an old jazz kit from
the Fender/Rogers/Rhodes era, powder blue, my first kit. I played some
Sonors once that were sweet, but I don't like them as much as Premier.
Premier's seem to carry more air, I mean, the bass drum will push your
head off. But there's so many great kits these days, lots of exotic
woods nowdays too. Too much money for my blood, and I don't give a
shit about that. I have to like the way a kit plays, cause if I like
the way it plays I can get a good sound out of them. There's just so
much to choose from nowdays.. I never saw so much stuff! It's insane.
You can get better gear now than you could in the 80's when I started
playing, even the cheap shit isn't so bad it seems like.

But I just love Premiers... it's just like playing a whole OTHER
instument. I JUST WANT TO BEAT THE FUCK OUT THOSE ALL DAY LONG. It's
like a ravenous insane... I'm just like a nutcase everytime I get near
a set of those. They look like naked chicks to me with great asses!
It's pure buttnaked nudity... GOD DAMN IT! They look like pianos.
Fucks me up.

Ludwig snare, wood, or metal you propose?
And one more question, what harp you propose?
I'd look for an old Ludwig Supraphonic (chrome on brass) or a Ludwig
Acrolite (aluminum).
I'm a Huang Star Performer guy myself. Not everyone likes em, I do.
Good snare, I saw one on eBay. Ludwig. The Best drums ever saw.
Speed King, my first drumm pedal, ehh.
Ok.

Zoran you aint going no where man. What kind of respectability do you
think we'd have here without you? Every newsgroup needs at least one
Hunyack and you're the only one around. You speak good enough English
to understand what a vaginie is. Thats all you need to know .Well
except maybe what poonyetter is when it comes to old Blue and the
Cheester.

My english is far from good and inhibit me in disscusion cause of that
I leave. best regards, Zoran and thanks.

Hunyack - the ring of hair around the butthole.
Butthole - anus, "butthole surfers".

Did you mean that every newsgroup needs at least one 'asshole', ok, I'm the
one and only. Fuck, I'm the gademit first in something, that's OK.

Allright Zoran!.

You figured it out. You understand that its as much about flicking
shit as it is about getting shit flicked at you.

And in the process, you got yourself a great nickname.

Glad you decided to stick around Zorro.
