Keeping a Hohner clean

I am using a special 20 and am having trouble keeping the 7,8&9 holes
clean.

I soaked the harp in warm water and then pulled the thing apart and cleaned
each part but still have problems.

Is it dirty?
Is it the way I play?

They feel blocked especially trying to draw. They start off OK but get
worse as I play.
